Will try to remember to do that, apparently my work is getting in the way! From some of the stuff I read about the faucet it may be the "cartridge" which is an all in one replacement type. So I may just replace and get the reimbursement from the dealership. Have requested approval on the FB KZ site so I can see the frozen faucet. Here is what mine looks like, sorry for the sideways that is how they loaded

Apparently not a Kraus product, as I contacted them and sent pics. Or at least that is their claim. I have contacted and sent pics to KZ hopefully they will send either a replacement or at least tell me what to tweak on it. I may get to tinker this weekend rain or shine here and hang out in the rig.

All- Heard back from KZ and they told me to get a mobile service to come out and fix the faucet and they would either pay or reimburse for all the fees depending on how the service handles warranty work. Although I could probably fix it myself if they would pay for the parts, I will call the service that most people use where I'm at. Great help as I am not close to any Durango dealership. Way to step up KZ!!

All- Was able to have a mobile repair person look at the faucet, and apparently some debris from manufacturing of the faucet somehow nicked the gaskets on the cartridge so hence the leak. Bad thing was he didnt have one to replace, and would have needed to take it to match it up. Long story short, he was able to slow the leak some and I will contact KZ again today and see if they can send the part out or tell me where to get one.
Nice thing was repair person didnt charge for any of it as he happened to be at the park for something else and stopped by to look.

Here’s an update on the faucet.....spoiler alert it doesn’t end pretty. Fortunate I was here when it happened but basically the faucet exploded and water was raining all over. The cartridge gave out befor the replacement has arrived, so I ended up putting in a couple of shut of valves and a new faucet from the big box store with some extra plumbing supplies. I have the original faucet and will contact KZ to see how they want to handle this one.
Good thing the inside of these Golds are tough, it got quite a soaking along with the dogs and me! It was definitely a shock to be relaxing one moment and the next 💦

Well overall it’s been nominal. I contacted KV about the faucet before this so I hope they make right. Always happens on a holiday weekend, right! Slide issue was easy learning experience, and the fridge board is nature saying welcome! Lol. This was my first extended stay since I purchased so I expected a few things.
Will call KZ Monday and see what we can work out.
