Getting ready to buy a Connect C303RL. But it does not say Spree in the name. Did K-Z drop Spree from the name of their Connect model travel trailers?

It doesn’t matter, it’s just a decal. It might be that dealers are allowed to only sell the trailers that carry the permitted decal to lessen competition.
The Connect line is a notch down from the Spree.

Near as I can tell the Spree is now a seperate brand that is a step up both in quality and size/weight from looking at the 2018 lineup. in the Spree line there is only 1 trailer that is towable by a half-ton which is a 26ft box. The rest of the line are 30-35ft boxs. where as the Connect and connect-Lite are made to be ultra lights for all sizes of TVs

I haven't looked at KZ's website for some time to see what's new. They used to have the Spree Connect and Spree model lines. A kinda confusing marketing message. They now have Connect and Connect Lite model lines and I haven't looked through the features and specs. The Connect models are a somewhat stripped down version of the upscale Spree line with less available options and are the same basic box/unit. For example, our 2014 Spree 262RKS has two exterior doors while the equivalent Connect 251RK has one exterior door. Not sure what the differences are between a Connect and Connect Lite.
Not surprisingly now that Thor owns KZ, I see that they have added "bling" to their units like exterior speakers with built-in LED lights, battery disconnect switch, nitrogen filled tires and lots more. They now have what they're calling a "Climate Package - Insulated, Heated & Enclosed Underbelly!" This has been common on KZ and other brands of TTs for years. Just marketing jargon... It's all about keeping up with the Joneses.
