I'm looking at a new Spree 261RKS. The wife wants the dealer to install the TV and mount in the living area where it has the support built into the wall. What TV brand and size comes from the factory and how how long of a reach does the mounting bracket have? I've seen 40 inch tv's. Don't know if there were factory installed. No mention of the mounting arm swivel.

KZ hasn't made a 261RKS for several years.
OEM TV's are very low end, best to buy what you like.
If you want the TV to swivel, mounting becomes critical.

You, sir, are correct. It is a 2018 261RK. KZ has discontinued it, but there are some out there. I'm looking to see if someone had a factory installed 39" LCD tv. How far does the wall mounted swivel allow the tv to move away from the wall?
