Cool, another 384 owner, I believe you will be happy with such, make sure you spend at least 4 or 5 hours going over everything on your PDI. As a number of us know there is a steep learning curve to the Durango Gold line with all the bells an whistles ... Check out my second posting in the "So you want to buy a Kz Trailer" for a PDI list if you haven't already kzfamilyforum.com/thread/1681/buy-kz-trailer ... Check out all the post in the Durango Folder, you will find a ton of information as we discovered many of the in's an out's of our 384's an other Durango Golds kzfamilyforum.com/board/4/durangoAlso make plans this summer to come to the Kz Rally in August an show off that new 384 kzfamilyforum.com/board/13/rally-kzNow get out there an start GLAMPING Safe Travels Chuck

The wife and I bought a new 2016 Durango 1500 RLT from Terry Vaughn in Spring about a year and a half ago. The sales guy, Tom Jones, was clear, honest, and did not pressure us. Tom also got the RV brought from the Alvin location to Spring, which is a lot closer to where we live. We've taken it back once, for the state inspection, and that was not as positive an experience. They had it three weeks after being told it would be about a week. They repaired each of the warranty items but took me to the shed on one other thing I asked for. I get the feeling that the service department has more than they can say grace over. Overall, I'd give them an 8 out of 10-not perfect but I still recommend them.
