Just started winterizing our Sportsman Classic. The hot water low point drain is pressed against the frame. Looks like pressing the end of a water hose against the side of the house and turning on the water. Is this common?

This does not sound right. Can you take a picture and show us what it is doing.

snhucampers It sounds as if they didn't make the low point drain tube long enough an thus is pressed against the frame, as keithandcecile a picture would be worth a thousand words Our low point drain tube is pretty close to the fame but is not touching such an the pet-cock is just below the fame but we have enough room to turn the pet-cock to empty the water heater when winterizing the unit ... I would talk with your dealer an ask them that they either move the tube or replace it with a longer tube along with some sort of bracket so it will not rub against the frame ... This also could be a good DIY project if you do not think it will void your warranty Please let us all know what the fix is when done else Safe travels Chuck
