I cannot read the tag on my slideouts. Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer is? Is there a way to operate them manually? It is a 2010 Durango LX. Also the white seals have black stains i cannot get out. reccomedations?

Lippert should be the manufacturer of the slide assemblies. If you are trying to clean the slide seals you may want to try some diluted Clorox outdoor bleach to remove the staining then when dry coat the seals with some baby powder.

There are normally crank extensions for slideouts to operate them manually. They should be located on one of the slide bars, probably near the slide motor. Some RVs have a little hole on the side of the RV that you stick the crank through, some are located underneath the RV.
I've never operated one manually, so I don't know if anything needs done before operating the crank.
On the flip side, i did help a friend tear apart a 5th wheel landing gear motor this season because one of his jacks stopped working. Unplug the electric connection, and on the bottom of the gear motor there was a round rubber plug. Remove that and there was the manual operation bit. A cordless drill and a socket moved that jack up and down easily.

Tks Looked on lipperts site & that is what i have. I still cannot find a manual crank on my unit. I'll try the bleach on the dark spots.

42player This is just an Idea, I have not tried it on my Durango Gold 384 yet .... But I believe that you might try the crank handle that you have (that's if you have one) to lower your spare tire. This crank may will fit the slide assemblies except the bedroom, (not sure about that one)... My crank handle came in the main storage unit, an again this is just an idea an to me it would make sense that this crank handle would fit both In my old 5th wheel I did not have a crank handle so I made one by welding a socket onto a peace of bar steel on one end. I could then hook my battery operated or electric drill on the other end, thus making it easier to open or close if I needed to... Safe Travels Chuck
