Again without voltage readings, it is hard to help you. Perhaps you can supply some more information
When you stated that the Tech working with me has checked the voltage that is being supplied, what did he find
voltage wise.
a. Did the tech checked your power cord to make sure it was ok (no brakes) ?
b. Was, is the power cord large enough to supply the correct power to the trailer ?
c. Did the Tech check the plug end of the power cord to see if all the legs/wires were connected an not burnt or loose?
d. Did the tech make sure the power cord could supply enough current to be sufficient to power your trailer ?
e. Did the tech check to see if there was any loose connects behind your power cord or at the fuse panel.
Other questions come up;
a. Did the Tech plug in any appliances,
b. What were the appliances an how many?
c. Was there an voltage drops when done,
d. What were they ?
More questions come up;
a. Is this a problem only at home or while you are at a camp ground ?
b. Is it a problem at more than one camp ground or just one ?
All these things matter when trying to answer an electrical question, not saying the tech is not good but when
checking an electrical problem like yours he should have started at the plug end where it is plunged into the power
pole, marked those voltages then , question answered like this can also help track down your problem ...
Once he did that then he should of looked into where the power cord hooked to the panel inside your trailer, once
he did that check for the voltages coming out of the panel to every outlet outlet an appliance an made sure they
were tight in the panel an supplying the correct voltages to those appliances.
If he knew there were correct voltages at the panel he should have went to each outlet an checked those voltages
to make sure they were correct, once this was done then he should have check the voltage drop to each appliance
at the panel when they were turned on...
Tracking down a problem like what you have is not an easy job, it may take hours if done right, this is not a 30
minute or one hour job unless something sticks out like a sore thumb ...
This is why lynnmor ask about what the voltages were, thus like a good detective could help you track down your
problem so it could be fixed ...
Please, Please, Please give us more information because it's like shooting ducks in the dark, you can hear them
but you can't shoot them because you can't find/see them LOL
