Hi everyone. Just picked up our new Durango Gold 370rlt at Tacoma Rv in Washington state. Right now I am spending time putting a good coat of wax on it and getting it ready for a 4 month trip to Arizona. Plan to leave the day after Christmas and be back sometime the end of April.
This is our 4th fifth wheel. Really did our homework and did a LOT of shopping. Looked at Montanas, Cedar Creeks, Bighorns and Solitudes before finally deciding on this one. It has everything we want and the price seems very reasonable for what you get. One thing that really swayed us was the fact that for the most part KZ owners seem very happy with their purchase.

mrkeith Welcome to the Kz Family from one Washington to another, we bought are G384FLT from Tacoma RV, was last years KZ model at the Tacoma RV Show, this was our 2nd 5th wheel. Is your 5th wheel a G380RIT or a G371RIT not a 370 due to the fact there is no 370, not trying to be picky just wondering, my fat little fingers hit the wrong keys all the time LOL Right now we are out at Westport WA enjoying a few days with our Good Sam camping club group We have now put well over 9,000 miles on our rig since last February an really enjoy it very much, if your traveling down near exit 88 on I-5 send us a PM an we can get together an exchange camping stories Hope to meet up with you along the way, safe travels Chuck & Hildi out an about

Chuck. It is indeed a G370RLT. The paperwork says 2018. I see that is in the 2016 and 17 catalog but not in the 18 catalog. I did write KZ and asked them about it. Gave them the serial number. They wrote me back and says that is a "2018N" whatever that means. I would think it was made shortly after they came out with the 18s then probably decided to take that model out of the lineup. Got a great price from Tacoma RV but IMO they lowballed our trade in (I know they have to make money somehow).
Was in Westport last summer. We typically go to Grayland state park every summer for a few days in July to get away from the heat. We do spend 3-4 months in Casa Grande, Az every winter. Our other favorite is Confluence State Park in Wenatchee. We go there a couple times a year for a week or two.
This is our 4th fifth wheel. Had a Coachmen for over 10 years. When it delaminated we got a Wildcat in 12. Did not like the floorplan so then a Jayco Eagle Premier a year later. The Jayco was a nice unit but just had a bug to get a new one. It will be nice having 2 ACs and 2 awnings in the AZ sun!
The Durango is 4 feet longer that our previous fifth wheels. Wife is concerned but I know it will work out just fine. Just have to take those turns wider!
I'm sure I will have a lot of comments/questions for the forum as I go along.

Ok mrkeith Ok on the G370RLT 2018N Hummmm, always something new LOL, ok found one on the RV Trader site, looks to be allot like our 384RLT but more compressed, really nice looking rig that's for sure We didn't do bad on our trade, it was a 2006 in real good condition, got 10k, they had it on their site for 14k was gone in a week, made me think that I should have ask for more LOL .... Lots of Durango Gold owners in the Durango Folder, come on over a join us there, we are a pretty friemdly group like the rest of the Kz owner here on this site We traded in a Coachmen Chappy on this one, it was 33ft an this one is 40ft 4 inches they say but it's really 41ft To me the longer they are the easier they are to back .... Again Welcome to the Kz Family an to the site Safe travels Chuck & Hildi out an about for a bit
