Okay folks, here's a new one. I got to spend some time in my rig getting her situated this weekend and I ran into a snag:
I'm trying to sync the Furrion Stereo with the Furrion TV in my Sportster. I can get the Bluetooth to stream from my phone, but I can't seem to get the sound from the TV in the speakers.
Anybody have any advice?

I find if I play a DVD from the Furrion stereo I only get sound through the stereo speakers and not the TV, I'm guessing the the stereo only plays through the speakers.

Does your TV have any sort of audio-out jacks (they must be labeled OUT)? RCA, coaxial, etc.? If it does, you could try to find a cable to connect that with the AUX INPUT on the stereo.

I figured it out last night during the World Series:
The Red/White/Yellow A/A cables are currently connected to the A/V IN on the TV and A/V Out on the back of the stereo, I had to hook up the extra R/W/Y to AUX cable to the AUX jack on the stereo to the A/V OUT on the TV. Stupid that these things aren't wired like the usual old school stereo receivers, but it is what it is.
It appears that I will have to pull the radio out of the entertainment center and run new A/V cables so that I can avoid having loose cables hanging out of the front of the TV.

I used to mess around with the old analog recievers and such back in the 90's. Back when wiring up your speakers required actual wire and your stereo reciever was the size of the shelf it sat on. If you ask me, the stereos sounded better back then too IMHO, but it turns out that that knowledge I got back then still proves useful lol

Well the reason they sounded better was because of those nice big tubes, the provided better, cleaner sound an heated the room as well LOL I still mess around with old radios which have tubes in them, as many of the old amateur radio operators will tell you "real radios glow in the dark" Safe Travels Chuck
