I have a 1500 Durango so it may be different than yours, but the refrigerator and oven are in a slide. Under each is a door that is hinged on the bottom and storage to the back of each appliance (I assume, I can't see back there).
Right now I have cookie sheets and flat stuff under the oven and a step stool under the fridge. But neither will work well when traveling. If you have this short but long space, how do you use it?

We have a 2500 so things are a bit different. Our's has drawers under the refer and range, you might want to take a look at Lowes or whatever home improvement store is near you for some pull out shelves/drawers, that might make the space a bit more useful. We have found over the years (and several rigs) the placement of stuff is an evolutionary, it takes a while to figure out what works for you.

We had extra space an did what nvguy did in our old trailer , we build draws with slides in both, this it was easier to get stuff an didn't have to get down on the floor an reach to the back of the space ,,,

The space under ours is too short to get drawer guides into I'm afraid. You have given me an idea, though it will waste some space. Since there is a rail across the bottom, I'd have to put a platform to fill that space, and then, if I can find one, put a plastic tub that will slide in and out. I don't have great hopes of finding a tub that is wide enough and shallow enough though.
