When tow my camper sometimes I hear a squeaking coming from the back of my SUV . When I open my rear window a little it stops. Am I going crazy or has anyone else had this problem.

Whats squeaking? Hitch, leveling bars, SUV suspension, trailer suspension? I think every trailer has has some suspension creaking. A little silicon or lube does wonders.

If you are talking about the SUV itself, I had an annoying noise when the hatch was down. It took somebody getting back there while I was driving on a rough road to find it. If that is your problem, take a small piece of duct tape and wrap it around the shaft where the hatch door closes. That rattling was driving me crazy.

It's coming from my tow vehicle. What's strange is it doesn't do it all the time.

If I was on a freeway or smoother road, I very seldom heard the noise. But, if I was on a city street or rougher road, I heard it all the time.

That's exactly what mine is doing. I'm just turning up my radio so we can't hear it until I can figure out what's causing it.

Open the rear window and it stops, try spry silicone on the window seal.

Yep, what Edd said. Spray some silcone on the window and door gaskets. The trailer is causing the body of your tow vehicle to move / twist in ways it doesn't when running solo.
