After auto leveling I always seemed to be nose down. Finally got the book out at home on the level cement pad and read on Zero point setting. I measured jack extension and went step by step. When I was finished I remeasured the leg extension on the front, 5" difference. After finished I hit the auto level again to see what would happen. System activated went through it's sequence, not a thing happened I was level. Next manual mode tip the 5W side to side and front to back, Auto Level, back to the set level. If you have not done your unit since you got it, get the levels out and calibrate the Zero point. It was oblivious the dealer had not set it. Procedure is here page 17 www.lci1.com/assets/content/support/manuals/Leveling%20and%20Stabilization/Ground_Control_3.0_OneControl_Owner_s_Manual_Rev_A_B1.pdf

Thank you Edd for this, mine is level, but I might add this to the PDI list to make sure owners know that they might check for level when doing a PDI

I always carry a 3ft carpenter level with me . It resides in the trailer basement. The trailer has been auto-leveled as it sits in my driveway and the carpenter level reads almost dead on level. So by what you are saying my system has most likely been calibrated??

I always carry a 3ft carpenter level with me . It resides in the trailer basement. The trailer has been auto-leveled as it sits in my driveway and the carpenter level reads almost dead on level. So by what you are saying my system has most likely been calibrated?? If it's that close I would say yes someone went through the process before you took delivery. I have used a small 8" level the stays in the 5W when I auto leveled and it showed close. Wife would complain of doors not staying and on occasion something rolling on the kitchen counters. I got the manual and a 4' level thinking there had to be a way to set "level" and there it was on page 17 Setting Zero Point. I then intentionally tilted it side to side and front to back and darned if it did not return to the new Zero Point. I hit the auto level a second time and it cycled but never moved, it was level. If yours is off just a little I think running through the calibration you may get it exact, mine is right now. Next trips last week of the month and that should confirm it's now truly going to level.

Ours seems to be pretty level at the moment, when the dogs balls will not roll backward or forward sitting on the floor I know that our trailer is pretty darn level when set up, but I always check it with the 2ft carpenters wood level ... Chuck
