for those who have the U shape dinette - how in the name of all that is holy do you fit the cushions together. can someone send me a picture This is like tetris! do you have an extra cushion? i have 4 back cushions with the pattern on them (2 from the ends and 2 from the slide out wall) plus the seating cushions. Not the best pic but you can see the patterned material on the back cushions i mention. We were in a couple KZ's with u shape dinettes this weekend and there was an extra cushion on the floor of each unit. thanks in advance. Attachments:

Milpol, I'm not sure either, but I have my walkthrough on Thursday and the Sportster I bought has a U-shaped dinette, so I will find out how it converts and I will report back. If you can think of anything else that you might have a querstion on, let me know and I'll ask it in my walkthrough.

It's hard to say without seeing the whole dinette. It looks to me like you would pull out the center cushion and the back cushion(s). Put the table down. Slide the seat cushions to the center and lay the remaining seat back cushions down?
If that's not it, could you provide a picture with the table top down and show all of the cushions?

milpol4523 If there is a space under your bed check there, in our 5th wheel G384Flt the extra two chairs are under the bed in the storage part ... doublewa Make sure if you are suppose to have 4 chairs they are all there, make sure to check under the bed as well... Also make sure they show you how to get at the bedroom slide assembly, ie motor an slide rail's... You can read a post in the Durango folder about my bedroom slide not opening all the way, they had two lag bolts in the assembly so the slide would not open all the in shipping, dealer did not remove them when they did there PDI ;( Both of you keep an eye on the Kz Rally folder for the 2018 National Rally coming up this summer, lots of good things happen at this Rally that you wouldn't believe unless you are there Safe travels Chuck

If it's like mine, the bottom half of your queen bed is a storage area. Lift the lid from the bottom end, the extra cushion should be in there.

Lift the lid from the bottom end, the extra cushion should be in there. nothing but air under the main bed area. there is no extra cushion. We have searched everywhere to no avail. do you have any pics as to how your dinette changes out to a bed and the extra cushion - as to where it goes?

The extra cushion I got is identical to the center back cushion. You use the center back cushion and the identical extra to fill out the bed. Sounds like you got shorted the extra cushion.

After reading your first post again I see our dinettes are not the same. I have 3 back cushions. The center one is the same length as the seat cushion, the 2 end back cushions are longer and curve around to meet the center back cushion. If your 2 end back cushions are the same length as the center seat cushion, maybe you're supposed to use them to fill out the bed.

Thanks Jetzen. What they don't show you is the huge gaps at the end of the cushion like this.

Thanks Jetzen. What they don't show you is the huge gaps at the end of the cushion like this. To me it does show the gaps. Between the wall and the "short cushion" there look to be a 4-5" gap.

and i have factory velcro on the cushions and back splash to the dinette as well Milpo, I believe you have the wrong cushion arrangement from looking at the photo. Did you try 3 of the backing cushions over the top of the table? That looks like it could do it. I have yet to really get into mine, but looking at your picture, it looks like if you pull out that regular seat cushion against the slideout and replace it with the other backer cushion (the cushion at 11:00 in your photo), that should be Chicken Dinner right there. I don't have a U-shaped dinette, but it kind of looks like if you turn them all long ways (just like the 2 bench covers) and include the one against the outer wall in with them, you might have it. Leave the seat back on each end as you have them. I don't know, just trying to think of options.

and i have factory velcro on the cushions and back splash to the dinette as well Milpo, Here's what the dinette should look like in the bed position. I messed around with it over the weekend.Remove the cushion that runs long ways on the dinette and use the backing cushions for the bed. Hope this helps.
