I set my weight distribution today. The tow vehicle sets level but my camper is 1/2 higher in front . Do I need to readjust or is it ok.

Did you set this up in a "as loaded, ready to go" situation? Full water tank(s) & the usual camping stuff can change the towing dynamic. If you want to make it perfect, you should really readjust it so the trailer sits level. It's OK if the tow vehicle is a bit lower, as some can be overly soft and can't be brought back up to unhitched height (as our instructor found during our class). I am more accepting of a tow vehicle being a bit low in the back more than an off level trailer. A W/D can have a huge effect on how a combination tows, there is a bit of wiggle room when it comes to setting up a W/D, what's most important is that the combination tows well, in that the rear of the tow vehicle isn't excessively low / springy or the trailer handles weird.

I had it loaded like were leaving. I pulled it about 30 miles in some hills and flat land it handles great. I'll go ahead and adjust it again the next chance I get.

The trailer should be level to slightly down in the front. Since the holes in the shank allow adjustment in steps, often you can't get it perfect so err on the down side.
