We are currently on vacation and DW noticed a couple things this weekend which are of concern. the roof membrane is pulled out from the side track and the interior panel has popped during travel from our last campground. with the roof membrane we noticed there is no sealant at teh top of the metal trim holding the roof in place. All my other trailers had a sealant there. Suggestions? take this 2018 331TH2 into a local shop and have them repair it? or is this something we should look after ourselves? we havent even hit our first 90 days of ownership and have found 9 issues to date.

You don't dare travel with the roof problem. Call your dealer and request immediate repair, if no luck there, call KZ directly and request a mobile repairman. This issue will tell if the KZ folks are really exceptional.
The panel is minor, pull that round vent and have a look inside before stapling it back together. There is a possibility that some repair or fitting needs to be done.

Yes, don't travel with the roof as it is, that is something that can get serious very quickly. Chances are the panel just popped out due to no specific cause, maybe the humidity where you are is a bit higher or it was installed with a tiny bit of tension. Regardless, as mentioned, pop out the vent, make sure sure there isn't anything bad going on in there then staple it back, but it may take a bit of sanding on the edge to get it fit well.

Apparently KZ does not seal the top of the metal railing like other manufacturers do. I will have to borrow someones 10 foot ladder and purchase a tube of sealer remove the track and seal the membrane down behind the track and reattach the track holding it in place before I get back out on the road.

Are you saying your dealer won't fix the roof issue? You've only had it 90 days, my advice would be not to do something that could void your warranty.

RV dealership is one month out for service. I'm on the road in a province where there is no RV dealer within the "RV care" network.
waiting on word from KZ themselves.
