My bride and I made the move to the dark side this year with the purchase of a 2017 connect 231bhs. Thus far we love it. We had two popups and a small fifthwheel before. The fifthwheel was horrible too small, then two colemans. We loved the popup but last year we got caught in rain, snow and hail and just about had it. 
The 231 is great. Few small issues, including the AC but i'm positive that will be worked out shortly.
Couple in our early forties, two early teens and two white fluffy dogs. We are in FCRV and camp at least once a month April to October.
