Is it normal for the trailer to shake and shiver when you run water using the pump. I imagine it is heavy vibration in the lines. Can hear the pump from 20 feet outside trailer. Do I crawl around and tie down the lines somehow or is this just acceptable? Spree 322

There will always be some noise and some pump models are quieter than others. My pump was mounted on a thin piece of paneling, that made a great sounding board, so I installed a piece of 3/8" plywood for mounting. I added a pump silencing Kit and an accumulator link to reduce cycling and smooth the flow. I added pipe insulation wherever the hoses come in contact with each other or anything else in the water pump area. The water heater has an air pocket above the water and it acts as a cushion, so you need to drain and refill the water heater, after prolonged use, to establish the air pocket.
