We have been wanting to modify that U shaped dinette slide out.
Removed the back, leaving 2 bench seats.
Never happy with the pedestal table, was always wobbling, replaced the base once already.
Purchased a table top from Ikea, will need to cut it so it is no longer than 4' (width of slide out)....will support one side under the window and support the other end with a single leg.o
Decided to replace the floor with some floating floor...and secure it down with the benches.
Thinking about installing AC outlets in those corner cup holders.
Will post pictures when I figure out how
