We stay at Interstate RV Park Fairmont - Davenport IA. for two days ... We paid $40 plus tax Sites were grassy an wide but lacked some stone but were mostly level The water pressure was ok Did have many 50amp sites with full hookups but lots of fun timers in this park Did have many 30amp with full hookups Sewer hookup were sort of funny, no threads on sewers to screw in you sewer elbow but was asked to have a seal on the sewer inlet, but didn't see how an most people just had their sewer elbow stuck into the inlet WIFI was ok No off leash dog park but large area where you could walk your dog at the front an side of the park Park store was ok but nothing to talk about Staff was friendly but all business it seemed, garbage was pickup in from of your site, but didn't see much activity of staff cleaning or up-keeping the park even thought it was clean an neat When it rained while we were there, there were large puddles of water standing around the park Nice swimming poll that we didn't use but looked at ... Roads were one way going in an two middle rows an outside row one way going out, thus one way on an three ways out ... Note: Again as with some of the other parks it seemed to have a large number of full timers in this park taking up I would say over three quarters of the park ...

johnr Ok on the seal, never seen them an have never of course used one since we been camping a number of years. I have to tell you I really didn't see any on the four or five camp sites near me. Seem like they all were doing the same as I did after see them, using the regular elbow with the screw in end, thus in Rome I followed, camp host drove by a number of times in the golf carts, never said word That is I believe only about the second time I have ever seen the one without a screw-in sewer connector. Did see one last year, I ran across a camp ground that had no screw-in receiver, guy next to me who is in our Good Sam camping group said they must have forgot the top for you to screw in your elbow. He like me had been camping for a number of years camping ... I guess I better stock up on one just in case, again strange after a number of years of camping never gave it a thought, must live a shelter life LOL Safe travels Chuck & Hildi in S Dakota headed for the Barn

It doesn't hurt to have one in the kit. If you want until you get to a campground where it's mandatory... they sometimes jack up the price on you. I'm not saying that "profit" is a bad word, but I don't like it when "profit" comes out of my wallet! LOL
