we have speakers in our outside awning , but volume is horrendously low and sound is also playing inside ??

Try turning the fade on the radio.

My speakers are on the side of the trailer, not in the awning, but as lynnmor stated, I have to move the fade all the way to one side or the other to get the outside speakers to work on mine. Otherwise, I can't offer any suggestions.
