I see many complaints on the different forums, time for a well done. I had a recent break down with my TV near Cortez,Co after crossing Wolf Creek Pass. I called my RV break down carrier, Coach Net. First are you safely off the road? Yes. They asked some questions, whats wrong, where, kind of vehicles, etc. We will call you back. While waiting I remember calling that I had a new 5W but I never told them I bought another TV! Now I am expecting the call sorry your not covered that's not the vehicle we have on record. They call back, they have dispatched two tows, one TV & one 5W. The tow service shows up with a tow truck & a dully 1ton for the 5W. They drop the 5W in a RV park near the repair shop, take the vehicle to the shop. Sign some forms, anything else? No that's it. I asked what that would have cost? $700+ for 7 miles from town. Best $$ I have spent to cover the tow & they will get DW & RV home if I am medically not able to. About two hours, Thanks Coach Net.

I have had AAA for years and have been thinking it's time to change. Did you compare Good Sam to Coach Net? Just curious... I have until November to study the options and make up my mind before my AAA expires.

Always looking to get improved/better service. The DW and I have AAA. If I may ask what plan do you have and what is the cost?
