We have a 2015 KZ Spree 262RKS travel trailer. Last fall, the front fiberglass "aerodynamic" nose began to buckle inward forming a dish shape while driving on the highway at speeds greater than 60 MPH. The fiberglass remains buckled inward until we come to a complete stop and then it will pop back making a loud bass drum sound. The problem is getting worse and now occurs at lower driving speeds if there is any head wind at all on the highway. In addition, there are now small stress fractures forming in the fiberglass which probably means the fiberglass is getting weaker and weaker. There appears to be no structural support or ridged insulation behind the nose of the trailer. Has anyone else experienced this problem and do you know of a fix. The buckling-in of the nose has greatly reduced our fuel efficiency and looks terrible.

If it happened last fall on a 2015 model, you should still have been in your 2 year warranty period. Are you still within your warranty period? What did your dealer say when you took it in?

I hate those things but that is what sells trailers. There is little support behind all those wonderful shapes and the only answer I have is to replace it and then squirt in some expanding foam a number of places.
