My wife and I Just purchased a couple of months ago, little used 2014 MXT319. This is our first RV, however we're not new to camping. We have had it out a couple of times and I have discovered a problem. All 12v systems work when shore power, generator, or truck cable are hooked up to the trailer. I have no 12v power from the trailer battery although it is fully charged. Battery will operate tongue jack because it is wired direct to battery. I have no wiring schematic of the trailer to check electrical system. All fuses and circuit breakers check OK. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a circuit breaker near the battery, check for voltage on each side of it. Check the reverse polarity fuses near the other fuses in the converter. Check the battery connections at the battery and where it grounds to the frame.
If you have no voltmeter, you can get one free with a coupon and any purchase at Harbor Freight. Anyone reading this needs one as well.
A fully charged battery should read about 12.8 volts. A battery should read about 13.3 volts while plugged in.
Report back.

Welcome to the forums and to KZ. I think you will love your trailer once you get the problem taken care of. I have a 2015 MXT 319 and I really like the trailer.

Sounds to me like there's a battery disconnect switch somewhere.
