Has anyone had problems with there awning. The top brace bar that you tighten will not slide in unless I take the bolt out. It has worked fine up until last trip.Any ideas how to fix.  |

My guess is you are talking about a manual awning, and you are referring to the rafter. Hate to say, but I think your rafter is bent. All it takes is a tiny little bend, (usually a gust of wind) and the inner wont slide into the outer. Most likely you will have to replace the entire rafter assembly.
