Has anyone else having trouble with water lines leaking under the floor. The first time it was the black water flush line that was broke right up by the sewer tank.
Now insulation is wet in the back right side of the camper. I am assuming it is the line to the bathroom but I cannot see anything from underneath.

I don't know what it is about KZ, but water containment is not their strong suit. You need to pull down the coroplast and see what is going on.

That's a new KZ? Wish my shop looked like that 40x50 and the doors only 13ft. but there is a carport tall enough just a few ft short with the new 5W. Always something.

Way to clean, mine has oil spots, and I barely can get a tractor in it, at times I need to take the exhaust off so they will fit thought the door ....

I bought the trailer new six years ago and it has been nothing but problems. I think that I am gaining on it with less issues each year. I see no reason to trade for a new trailer, of any brand, and start the debugging process all over. The photo above is the result of the third attempt to have a water issue repaired under warranty. I no longer believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa, the Tooth Fairy or warranties.

A follow up on my June 30th post. The dealer charged the lines for 4 hours and got no leakage. So he filled the hot water heater and then let it drain. It turns out the water ran down the back under the hot water. The water ran between the plastic under belly and frame which allowed it to get into the back area soaking some of the insulation. They sealed that area in the rear. I hope that takes care of it. They didn't charge me for their work or time. Whew!
