I'm looking at a sway bar my camper is 25 ft and 5300#. I have weight distribution bars. I only have problems when a big truck is passing. Do I need 2 or would one be enough and does it matter if you put it on right or left side.

One should be enough. Usually they are mounted on the right and the most common are already set up that way, but it doesn't matter if it can be made to work.
Just so you know, no hitch or sway bar can make air pressure go away but they can limit some over travel.
I know that you had asked about tire pressure. Both the tow vehicle and trailer tires should be inflated to the maximum cold pressure shown on the tire sidewall.

I can also tell you the best thing to do when a semi is going to pass to cut down on the air pressure is to slow down a bit so they go by you. The slowing down helps keep thing in line and they get by you faster, I'm not talking 10moh but say 3mph to 4mph, in other words let of the gas for a second of two Safe Travels Chuck

Ok thanks for the advice. This camper isn't as bad as my last one but it does sway when semi's go by. It freaks my wife out.

You'll always have some amount of sway in that situation. I'd hate to see you throw money at something and still have the problem.
