I'm sorry you are having so such problems, like I stated I have called customer service now three times
an they have answered twice and called me back after I left a message once in regards to a problem...
I'm not sure how to get a hold of your regional Kz Rep, maybe someone can chime in an let you and us
know how to go about that ...
It's always sad to hear when a dealer won't help an owner out, as I stated in another post I was asking
people to post good an bad dealers thus people could steer away from the bad and go toward the good ...
One person post about a dealer which he liked. If you go over to the Montana owners web page they
have a large list of such.
One gentleman fought with Keystone and his 5th wheel for over a year to get it fixed, his 5th wheel was
at the factory for close to 3 months, his dealer which by the way is our dealer as well fought for him tooth
and nail till his unit was right, this is the kind of dealers we all need ... He let Keystone and his dealer know
that he was posting on the web on the Montana owners web page about what was going on, he also told
them that hundreds of other Montana owners were reading about such.
In these times MFG and Dealers have to be made aware of how fast word travels over the internet on
good or bad service, it all about the bottom line... I know that with any RV MFG now days it's get units
out the door, but if they produce bad stuff an do not provide good service to their customers word will
get out, sales will drop an the bottom line will soon turn to red instead of black ...
Kz has made a promise to send techs to the rally along with MorRyde, they have stated that they will
give a factory tour along with lunch an spent time with owners ... I'm sure that questions regarding
service, dealer and such will be bought up as to why things like what you have stated are happening.
You are not the only person on this site that has stated that Kz was not listening or returning calls
or emails, there may be someone closer to Kz that could maybe help you out since you have stated
your problem ...
If no one will I will at the rally ask the question of why is this happening, I along with a number of
people take pride in our new trailers, be it a TT or a 5th wheel. A number of us have changed from
other major brands to Kz because we like the way they are built, if we can't get the support then how
long before a number of us buy in to other brands that will ...
Sorry you can't make it this year to the Rally, jetzen has worked really hard as the wagon master to
put this on with some help in the back round from other people on this form. In all hopes that there
will be another next year an that the possibility of having state or regional rallies supported by not
only Kz but local dealers as well ...
