I'm posting this because I couldn't find anything on a TV mount for my 191bh. Hopefully it will help someone else out in the future.
Right behind the sticker that says TV backer, there is a probably about a 6"x6" steel plate that has been put there by the factory.
I wish I could get the pictures on here but can't figure out how to do it. But I used 3/4" sheet metal screws to fasten the mount to the wall and I put a 24" TV on the mount.

You can also double check for the backing plate with a strong magnet before drilling holes into your rig

That's actually how I found it, I saw someone on the KZ Facebook page saying something about thinking it was aluminum, so I started thinking maybe it's steel and sure enough it was.

I used a magnet, then put tape up to outline the edges of the plate. Those were some nervous moments trying to drill some pilot holes and get through the plate without going too far. The mount is snug but still had a little flex to it so I have started taking the TV off the arm when traveling, it had a turn knob adjustment for the angle and it's easy to take off and lay on the bed while traveling.
It is just a 20 inch flat screen with a built in DVD, but I didn't want the flex in the wall getting worse over time.
Side note, the speakers on a TV that small kinda suck, so I use a cord to run from the headphones jack into the AUX input on the stereo and it sounds much better.
