I have a 2013 325RL, so it's probably similar. What are you looking for exactly?

I have always used a gravity system for water filling . My first time to use a city hookup style. Not really sure of the proper procedure for the usage and the draining, cleaning etc. any help would be great, the manual that came with the unit is very vague in it's description

You should have a water panel inside the street side cabinet. When the switches for A and B are both set to OFF, you're set to user city water or to winterize your RV.
To fill your water tank, you would set switch A to ON and B to OFF. If you have a hose connected and running in the City Water Inlet, you should hear the water moving to fill the tank. The overflow vent and the fresh water drain are located on the underside of the RV near where you're standing. Once a little water starts coming out of the vent, your tank is full and you can turn switch A back to OFF. Your low point drains are probably in the same area so you might need to play around to figure out which is which.
To use water out of the tank, move A to OFF and B to ON, then go inside and turn on the switch for the water pump. Make sure you prime the system by pulling water through one of the faucets and making sure you hear the pump turn off when you turn off the faucet. Try not to let the pump run dry for too long.
I don't personally do any "cleaning" per-se of the lines or water tank. When I go to fill it, I'll leave the drain valve open for a bit and let a little water run through it. When I winterize it, I send a splash of antifreeze into the tank. I do this to make sure the fresh water fill line doesn't have any water left in it that might freeze and then I open the fresh water drain and let it out to remove water from that line as well. I also send a splash of antifreeze through the tank flusher as well to prevent any water freezing there. You can do this easily by hooking up your shower hose directly to the two inlets (it takes care of two items at once, winterizing the shower line and the other lines).
Hope this helps!

You may or may not have the fancy panel, that started about the year yours was produced. You just open the valve that allows water to flow to the tank while connected to city water. Beware that many were produced with two vent lines protruding out the bottom and some clowns would plug or put valves on them. If the venting is blocked, the tank will blow when filling and collapse when water is used. That plugging of the vents was done to prevent water loss in transit. When you are sure that the tank is properly vented, watch for water to spill out the vents and then it is full. I altered mine completely to avoid the problems and besides I like to have water when camping.
You should sanitize the water tank and system at least yearly. Google for the procedure but basically it involves adding a cup of bleach for each for each 15 gallons of tank capacity. Fill the tank to overflowing, run water at all outlets till you smell bleach. Let it stand all day, then flush twice.
