Wow what a great find this forum is.
I recently bought a 31bhs. I am having trouble finding the water valve to switch between city water and the holding tank.
The manual says the valve is a silver handle and is located "in the storage area, inside from the city water, under the sink".
I have looked inside the storage area (the space accessed from outside at the front of the camper), under the kitchen sink and under the bathroom sink which is where the city water comes in from the outside. I haven't seen it in any of these places.
Not sure where else to look. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Locate your water pump and look in that area. I don't think they ever built two units exactly alike.

The water pump is under the kitchen sink. The only valves there are the bypass valves for winterizing as far as I can tell.

Could you post a photo of the valves you found? Some winterizing setups use only one valve.

not sure on your unit, however, on mine, when I use the city water , no need to run off pump as the system is pressurized, when running off holding tank, I have a lighted pump switch in the bathroom on the wall that must be on to pressurize.

On my spree there is no valve. Same as Vagov, lighted pump switch in the bathroom.

I believe that KZ did away with the pressure fill for the water tank, meaning that you cannot add water using the city water inlet. They did use a silver valve for that purpose, so re-read the manual and tell us what it exactly says, it may not have been updated. Is there an outside cap where water can be poured in?
The pressure fill systems had two vents out the bottom where most of the tank water would spill out, so that was the reason for the change. I modified mine so that I can gravity fill, pressure fill and draw water in from a container. My vents are now inside a hatch along with a fill cap.

My 2015 MXT toyhauler does have the valve by the pump for filling the fresh water tank from the city water inlet. It is located in the under bed storage in this trailer. Funny how there are so many ways to accomplish the same thing on different trailers, depending on how they were made.

Thanks for all the replies. All I needed to do was turn the pump on no need for switching a valve. Manual mentioned a valve so I never even tried just the pump. I also didn't know that I don't need the pump when on city water. Lots of great help thanks so much.
