I just bought my first KZ. I went BIG.
I bought the KZ Venom 4113tk, Toy Hauler.
What I don't understand, is they don't supply a ladder for the garage Happi-Jac bunk bed. How are you supposed to get in and out of it, without breaking your neck? All of the other high end Toy Haulers, come with 2 ladders, one for the loft bed, AND one for the bunk bed.
How can KZ logically think this is a good idea? Their claim is it limits their liability. I can't wait for the first "entitled" millennial, to get hurt, while trying to get in or out of the bunk bed, and sue KZ. The sad part, is that they'll then start supplying ladders, like everyone, else, but it'll be after the horse has already escaped.
Beyond that, I haven't taken it out yet, so the jury is still out.

I have petitioned the administrators for a site update in March. It's not happened yet.
As far as the missing ladder for your garage bunk obviously it wasn't a deal breaker . just sayin'

I thought it came with one. I bought the unit from a dealer, from across the country. I'm in PA, and they're in MN. When I toured Dutchmen, Raptor, Cyclone, Jayco, and Road Warrior brands, they all came with 2 ladders. Blame it on my naivety. I thought theladder was standard with the Happi-Jac bunks. Regardless, it is here now. I'm not happy with the dealer, but I'm hoping that in the end, I'll be happy with the unit.

It seems strange to me that they wouldn't have at least one ladder that fits all, but who knows Ugh First of all I'm sure Kz has already put in a disclaimer about not having a ladder or ladders and also about climbing up and down at your own risk ... Also the dealer/salesman when doing/during the PDI should have told you there was none as well I would have ask, " Hey how in the world do I get in and out of the bunks"
Good Sam has ladders for climbing in and out of bunks on Class C's and other units pretty cheap, a small price to pay for a nice trailer and the great time's I know you will have camping in it Safe Travels Chuck

newbie5er,
There is always going to be something. Not one of the manufacturers you mentioned build a perfect unit. When you find it let all of us know.
Now this may sound like a stupid question and I am not trying in any way to belittle you or put you down but are you sure that this dealer in Minn. didn't just give you the dick??
I have seen it happen before. They know that most likely they will never see you again and they omit things.
I can't say I don't know what is standard equipment and what is not on a Venom. You would think it would have come with a 2nd ladder
Come to the rally this summer and maybe you can shame them into giving you one.

I cannot believe that they would not provide the ladder to go with the bunks. My 2015 MXT toyhauler came with the ladder for the bunks. Maybe they gave it to some other customer because their's was bent or broke and just never reordered the replacement. I would sure be calling the dealer and finding out. And, if they act like they don't give a ____, then call KZ and let them know how these people are representing KZ.

As jetzen said Good reason to come to the Kz Rally and ask the question an shame them into providing you with one What better PR to give someone something that was missing or just needed to added Safe Travels Chuck

I got one with mine. Never plan on having that many people in the camper at one time to find out how it would work with only one. It is an interesting thought though.

We just purchased a venom 4111tk. Hoping to find others with one. Would love to see a picture of the washer and dryer installed in garage. TIA
