I was surprised when I did not receive a manual when I purchased the camper and that there are no manuals on the web site. One should have a manual with instructions for use. Does anyone know where to find a users guide?

If it is a 2017 and you purchased it new I would go back to the dealer you purchased it from and demand the owners manuals for your trailer. If he can not provide them they should be available from KZ free of charge just call customer service. and have your year make and model number and the VIN Number ready and report the dealer for not giving you the proper documentation.

I do not believe travel trailers come with a manual like you would see with a car or truck. However, you should have been provided with the different brochures for the appliances and such.

All new trailer come with manuals on all the products within the trailer, that is to say them may be generic and cover different brands of stoves, refrigerators, vents, stabilization jacks etc. Also there will be a operators manual, this will tell you how to operate the trailer and all of it's features safely As jetzen stated if they did not give you one call the back an ask for such, the manuals should have been done when you did your PDI and handed over when you signed your paperwork ... Mine even thought I bigger unit with many features was in a large notebook over 10 inches thick, along with operators manual ... Again if they there are none call Kz customer service with you model, vin number, an name, believe me they will have a record of you and your trailer ... Another reason to come to the Kz Rally this summer, to show off your trailer to all the Kz owners from all over the country and take the plant tours and tal with the Kz people ... Safe Travels Chuck
