Add to the list the good & bad hoping a KZ rep watches this forum, in my opinion you sell the brand you fix it. Apparently not in RV's, KZ factory says we can't force them and that needs to change, just like cars.

Bring it in no questions - estimate two weeks made it in 3 and kept apologizing sorry it's our busy season, was willing to get a part from a competing dealer to fix the problem after KZ authorized the repair. Can't say enough about Fun Country I didn't buy there and they never asked. Second dealing with them the repair and shopping for an RV several years back.

Will not do warranty work on KZ unless they sold it. Not sure about other Brands they sell, I suspect that covers all brands, no sale no repair.
