I love mine, especially for hooking/unhooking from my truck. I can raise/lower from my drivers seat in the truck for that just right height. Its a fairy new system and bugs me that it'll roll out my awning but its not hooked up to my awning light. But it'll control my cap light..lol I look forward to more compatible devices, i'm going to search for a AC/Heat thermostat controller that will work with it so I can adjust my AC/Heat in both rooms with just my phone.

It is up to the manufacturer what gets hooked up to the One Control. I do believe everything must first be wired into the controller then into the switch or what ever operates the appliance. Then there must be an app for that appliance to be placed on the One Control.

Mine has developed an irritating problem. Randomly the touch pad wont power up. I have to pull the fuse, then it boots up and works fine for an arbitrary amount of times. Since this problem is intermittent we all know the dealer will be "unable to duplicate complaint". Anyone else have this issue and found a solution? I have found the using my phone to run things works pretty well.

nvguy Good reason to come to the kz Rally, the LCI people had a young man there that new the controller system backwards and forwards, showed me a few tricks that I didn't know for sure ... I was worried about when doing the auto hook that it was putting pressure on the rear jacks, the tech stated that there is a bypass in the system to pushes the hydraulic forward back into the holding tank an thus releaving pressure on the back jacks ... Once you are hooked an do your pull check to make sure you are hooked you just hit retract all an your ready to go I will say that at times an I do not why when I get ready to leave a camp site an hit the Auto-hitch the rear 4 jacks will retract, other time they will not an I do the above. Now it may be the way I set up but I don't think so since I always set up the same way, I lower front jacks an take pressure off the 5th wheel an truck, then I unhook from the trailer, I then depress auto level an level trailer... I learned something new while watching one of the U-tube videos on the LCI One Touch Control 3.0, I wonder why my rear four jacks would sometime not go up when getting ready to leave an depressing the hitch control button on my touch screen. Answer was that the trailer had to be "at" or "above level", not below, thus the computer saw you were hooking up, thus raised the back four jacks an adjust your front jacks to hitch height. If below level it wouldn't do such an I would have to manually raise the back four jacks or hook up an depress retract all ... Safe Travels Chuck

Also as I have noticed with mine, if you "auto level" again say the next day due to settling it's going to forget what the hitch parameters are. When you're ready to go and press "Auto Hitch" she's not going to move. My rear jacks always come up when she's moving to auto hitch, I love this function. I hook up and press auto retract "all" and i'm gtg!

I don't have the Gold or OneControl, but Hitch Height on mine goes back to the point where you pressed Auto Level. If you Auto Level again during your trip, it resets Hitch Height. From that point, you've got to do everything manually to find your hitch height.

johnr I hate to say it but these possibly were some of the up-grades from your model to the Golds with the One-touch Control ...jetzen's G384RLT was built 3 months after our G384FLT an you can see the difference's in his from ours. For instance My cabinet door open side to side, jetzens open bottom to top, we both have the same leveling system the One-Touch Control but I have another one-touch control panel in my curb side storage door were he dozen't, his awning an awning light switch is on the ceiling of his main slide, mine are on the wall of the slide. So as I am sure you know from year to year things change little by little, would be interesting to see what changes are in the G384RLT next year (2019). Even thought the Kz rep for 5th wheels said it was one of their best sellers an they were not going to change anything, I'll bet they change the light an awning switch back down to the wall LOL ! Another thought is I wonder how many new G385FLF's have been sold ether at or after the big RV show in Hershey PA Safe Travels Chuck

We have a new Durango Gold. On our maiden voyage. Two weeks old. The Lippert LCI screen went blank and won’t come back on. Fortunately we did download the app otherwise screwed.

mikekeller50 If we talking about the Touch Panel I am not sure if there is any fuse's for your LCD screen or not, only what I have read in the manual that I know that there are connector/pig tails so that the touch pads can be replaced. The only fuse's I have found are in the bottom of the panty, I'm not sure if there are any fuse's next to the WiFi controller in your storage area but I would check both place's. There are what I call a pig tails that connect's the touch screens an the Auto Leveling Control Touch Pad to the main wiring system, if one of these connector is loose or has fallen off then your touch screen would be dead. I am not sure how you would see if this is the case, the only way would be if you pulled the panel off the wall inside your trailer. The Outside unit in the storage area may be easier to see if it has become disconnected because the wiring is more out in the open ... I have two LCD screens which are called "One Control Touch Panels", one in my storage area, an one on my inside wall next to the pantry. I also have a smaller control panel in the battery box compartment which as I stated is called a "Auto Leveling Control Touch Pad" ... I know with both my LCD screens you have to hold in the little black button for about 10 or more seconds for it to come on both inside an also in the storage unit, both start pretty slow. In the battery compartment you have to push both up an down button at the same time to get that panel to work, which is normal per LCI... All these panels should work with the power switch off an if you have a good battery or batteries in my case... So I'm sure there are smarter people than me in this thread an site but If all the fuse's you check with a volt/ohm meter are good, you have as well found an checked the pig/tails coming from the panels an you still have a blank screen then it's time to call either your dealer or LCI help desk ... For all concerns or questions, please contact Lippert Components, Inc. Ph: (574) 537-8900 | Web: lci1.com | Email: customerservice@lci1.com Sorry i could not answer your question straight up but please keep us posted, I'd like to know if it happen's to me or any of the other Kz owners Safe travels Chuck

IFIR, The fuse that controls my touch pad is labeled for the monitor system, its in the converter / 110V breaker panel. Pull the fuse, put it back in and the pad should come to life. If not then hit the wake up button on the bottom of the touch pad, if you got the right fuse your panel should come to life. I pretty much use the app in my phone rather than fool with pulling the fuse and using the touch pad. We are planning on coming to the rally next year to meet everyone and get this squared away....

checked the basement and there are 4 or 5 visible fuses in the system panel down there. Did the update on the One Control app and it lost the personal pin. Had to do the setup again.
