I believe this is something new on DG. It is a touch screen system that controls and monitors your RV. I am not sure when it can out. If anybody has a history on this system please post. Looks pretty cool if it works like they say it will. Feed back please.

That looks like a pretty cool high end system. You see systems like this on those Extreme RV shows. I wonder if the wifi/hotspot system will require a 4G subscription? According to the Lippert website, the OneControl is only available on the Forrest River Wildcat RV, but maybe their site needs updated.
Now, if they could just make a system that would hook-up and put away my electric, water, cable and sewer connections just by pressing a couple buttons...

jbiii,
The One Control on your Durango gold is a basic system, it is not the full blown One Control like you may have seen/experienced on other RV's and this IMO works to your advantage. Your One Control Has 4 categories of control. 1) jacks/leveling 2) slides 3) awnings 4) lights
In category 1&2 it will operate every aspect of the leveling system and the slides
In category 3 it will extend and retract the awnings only
In category 4 it will control the front cap lights only.
there is also a segment for instruction manuals and how to videos
There is a no cost app available for your smart phone (i-phone or android) or tablet (android only I think).
It is very easy to install but you must either be in your trailer or just outside around the perimeter. The app has the 4 control categories only.
The system produces it's own wifi signal to operate and no you can't use it to connect to the internet, however if you have a commercial wifi source available you can use the control panel as a tablet.
LCI (Lippert) claims that the system is updateable, what ever that means, I guess you would have to update your trailer also.
The reason I stated before that having a basic system may work to your advantage is that the system that is in place has over rides (manual switches) for everything except the bedroom slide, the awnings and the front cap lights. The full blown system relies on the tablet or smartphone app to control EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING. There are no light switches, no slide switches no A?C, furnace controls, no DSI hot water heater switch. Just about everything that is controlled by a switch is gone and you are at the mercy of electronics, unless you spend even more money and get the multiplex electrical system. I only know of one coach builder that is in the same price category (close) as our KZ's that use multiplex and that is VanLeigh.
Hope this helps you out.

I downloaded the APP but still can not get the One Control on our Durango gold to even connect even thought I am one foot away, all I get is the spinning wheel on my Iphone....
Sent a message to Lippert and they responded by stating to use the MYRV which I did an put in my password, all I get is the pinwheel going round and round for over 5 minutes maybe longer Ugh....
Everything works well from the screen inside and out, but not from a APP LOL

The description above is how mine works. Like you said, jacks, awning, slides, light like you said. I didn't know they made anything more like the heaters, A/C etc. The basic's has a learning curve I was used to manual leveling. MY old J---- had a remote for the slides & manual levelers and I thought it was a joke till I used it a couple times. As for the app I know they have android but I'm not sure about I phones. My Android works well.

Edd505 ,
Yes the full blown One Control will operate just about everything in a coach from being able to lock/unlock your doors, adjust the climate controls turn all the lights on and off plus dim them. The only problem is if the coach builder does not run multiplex wiring it eliminates all the switches. You must control everything from either your smart phone or the control panel. What a PITA if in the middle of the night you have to go to the bathroom REAL BAD. Guess you will be peeing on the floor.
How do you know if a coach has multiplex wiring It will have switches similar to this
tse2.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.57uQXkgz8_7ZVham7RNAjQEsDD&w=282&h=183&c=7&qlt=90&o=4&pid=1.7
And the only coach builder I know of that is in about the same price point (close) as KZ is VanLeigh
And that sports fans is one of the reasons I don't own a Alpine or Montana

Great info. Will the ONEControl system in DG also monitor your tanks. The YouTube videos show that it can but I don't know if that is the level of system in DG. Anybody know when this started showing up in DG.

Along with having the RV WiFi network connected, Be sure the password you type in is EXACTLY how it is on the router. If it is CAPS, be sure you type it in with caps. They are quite finicky about this. Our 318RLT works great! We love it!

Jeff, I can second being careful about the password to use the mobile app. I finally took a picture of the controller in the basement, then typed it in exactly. After that it worked fine. (on my android phone, loaded it on my Ipad, but have not used it yet) Thanks Jetzen for the detailed explanation. It is funny that the other control panel (inside and out) controls some stuff, but the rest are still switches. I have no problem with that, don't need to control my hot water outside wirelessly. I use the direct wired panel in the front battery box for leveling, I use the other master controller in the basement door for the slides (along with my phone). I like that I can be standing outside at the back of the unit to watch the slides. Have to be standing right next to the unit or it will lose connection. I have also found that it helps to be darn close to level when you start (so occasionally have to put blocks under the front lift) Thanks (Edd505) for posting the correct manual, I also had old info with my RV, so just followed the instructions printed on the controller along with trial and error. Nice to have the correct info. One time I have had the tires lift on one side. I have been assured that its not a problem, system will is stout enough to support them. However in the future I am taking my boards with me if I need to lift one side. (as I used to do with my TT, but got lazy with this one with the auto-level). If any of the levels act up (stop short or don't fully retract) with manual mode can easily fix. I do like also that when you pack up, it remembers where the it was when we started so its close to where it needs to be to put into the hitch. Regards, Larkin

I believe you know the old saying "you can't see the forest from the trees" well it well applies to me for sure Ugh Chuck

Very interesting, but I think I like MyRV better, less to go wrong. I gave up on the tanks gauges, especially the black, fresh fill & battery are all I really watch. Gray wife yells honey while in the shower, time to drain!

LOL Edd505 I'm totally confused as it is just getting to this point, now add gauges for the tanks I did find out one another thing, while hooking up the sewer hose I got about about a quart of clear water that came out when I took of the drain cap off... This never happened with the old 5th wheel, I checked the values after I dumped everything to see if it happened again. This time nothing happened so I wondering now if at the Dealer they closed the valve early after we tested it. Or this was a tweak after what I pulled on the Tech at the PDI since I had not used it before now LOL Chuck

Just a guess but the pipe is still wet after dumping, close the valve and water drains to cap. Unless you let the cap open awhile after the main waters out I think you'll get the small mount. When I dump and disconnect the slinky I hold it facing upward and watch the drips as the pipe drains.
