Every RV I've had, the furnace blower is either on or off. Obviously we can't hear yours run to know whether it is in the normal range or not. Find the furnace and check the housings and fan to make sure everything is fitted together tightly. If anything is loose, it could be rattling or vibrating causing extra noise. Don't put anything around it to try to dampen the sound because you could end up restricting proper air flow.
Two things outside of that, one is that you could buy a little ceramic space heater and run that at night. It will keep the chill off the camper and cause your furnace to run much less frequently. The other is to try cotton balls in your ears. They will drown out low range sounds like the furnace kicking on so maybe it wouldn't bother you as much.
Good luck!

One other thing, check to make sure the fan bearing are not shot, they can start to become noisy rattling when going out ...
