Reunion lake rv resort in Robert, Louisiana on interstate 12 east of Baton Rouge. Stayed there last week. I've stayed in at least 150 rv parks in the last 12 years all over the country. This park is definitely in the top 3. It has 200 all concrete sites, 2 swimming pools, one for kids, one adult only, a splash pad, and a lazy river. The adult bar has a swim up bar and the kids pool has a small restaurant. Also on site is a large 2 story club house with a huge deck overlooking the lake, a big arcade room with pool tables and arcade games, and even an ampatheater for outdoor entertaining. Sited on a 50 acre lake with fishing, paddle boats, kayaks. Owner is building a shell station with convenience store and a sonic drive in in front of the park. When you come into the park, they meet you in front of the office and escort you to your site where they do the paperwork and help you get in the site. All in all a 1st class operation. I recommend it highly.

Reunion lake rv resort in Robert, Louisiana on interstate 12 east of Baton Rouge. Stayed there last week. I've stayed in at least 150 rv parks in the last 12 years all over the country. I hope to get down that way in about two weeks. Do you think that I can get in with only a day or two notice? I have a camping friend that is in his last hours, so there is no planning possible. I want to visit family in east Baton Rouge and this place sounds like the ticket. You might remember me from the rally, I'm the guy that rode all over on my bike.

Probably, as long as you come in a weekday. Most of our local schools are off next week for Easter break. I would think you'd not have any problem after that.

Just checked out their website. Looks like a very nice place. The only thing they forgot is the hot tub...

This was on a weekend??? I was going to ask is it quiet but I guess it is/was. Do they normally fill up? Photo is a little deceiving, are the sited big? So many questions. The DW and I are always looking for a really nice place to stay and relax awhile.

It is a nice camping resort with a water park, nice pool and a small lake. We had heavy rain and, even with the abundance of concrete, it was impossible to tear down without stepping in the standing water and mud. I suppose they are hoping for big things because they are currently adding numerous campsites and large gas/diesel station. They sunk some serious dollars in the facility so it better fill up all summer.
