I don't understand the appeal of a front kitchen. Most people spend most of their time horizontal while in the bedroom and vertical while in the kitchen. Makes sense to save the bedroom for the shortest area. And kitchens are popular places when you have company, so unless all your company is under 5'5"....... These new 5'ers aren't the same as the ones you are recalling. These buggers are tall! Over 13 feet easy. I was in a front living room 5'er, am over 6 feet tall and didn't have to duck anywhere in the RV. I think it was a Durango Gold. I remember the first few 5'er that I had... couldn't stand up anywhere in the bedroom. My back used to ache when helping my wife make the bed or do anything in the bedroom except sleep. The '13 Durango that I have now, I can stand up easily in the bedroom everywhere except right next to the closet in the cap. There I have to duck just slightly. My RV is just under the 13 foot mark. Go to a dealer and check them out. You'll be amazed.

Sorry but in a 5W you can stand in the bedroom, mines got a walk in closet, so a kitchen would be possible. mitchl have you looked at a rear kitchen? It combines th kitchen with living area so the cooks still involved with whats going on.

Thank you jetzen, I can't wait to see the inside! When we were at the RV show this past February in Houston, TX I had the pleasure of meeting one of the KZ designer at the Terry Vaughn area, and had an opportunity to chat with him and tell him what we were looking for.

I have seen the 2 new KZ RV Fifth Wheels.....well online at KZ RV and one of each at 2 different dealer's websites.....We will definitely be going and checking the one out that is closest to us here in Texas. But I will tell you that I am Ecstatic with the 2 new models they are better than the front kitchen I first thought I wanted to trade up to and better than the other manufacturer models that I have seen that changed my mind because they are KZ!!!
