I tow my G384FLT with a 2005 F350 DW 4x4 crew cab, I had only a couple of problems with the bedroom slide, it wouldn't
open all the way, the others were some loose molding (fix with glue gun) an TV not getting channels from outside
antenna (believed to be operator error possibly).
Come to find out with the help of a few others here that they put in two screws that were way to long under the bed.
I replaced the two screws with two shorted ones and now the slide works as it should,I missed this on my PDI, but
dealer also missed it and as well I have to think that the factory missed it also.
I am bring the two screw back to the Kz Rally with me so when we talk with the factory rep I will show them the
two screws and remind them to look a little closer, I already told my salesmen at out dealer about them and pointed
out to him were the problem was last night in a rig same as mine sitting on heir lot right next to the main entrance
LOL
Again A few of us have had problems with the outside antenna's or should I say getting the TV's to work with the
outside antenna's. I believe Edd505 has found his problem with a staple thought a cable, after talking with my
salesman last night who is way smarter than I am LOL I believe mine is operator error, we will see today...
jetzen has just got his 5th wheel this past week, his is the same as mine a G384FLT but a 2018 and is testing it,
he has found only minor problems as all of us have. We all believe that Kz make a good product, is there problems,
I have to say yes, with any brand there is, but we all have helped each other thought them, bit by bit ....
This is another reason to come to the Kz Rally this summer, to talk to the Kz people at the factory, if you have
some problems get them fixed by factory people. This is also a great time to talk to them about problems and things
that you would like to see in the future, or past problem you have had so they can avoid them in them as well for
other future Kz owners ...
I will say as you will find out there is allot of bells an whistles on these new 5th wheels, since some of us have
changed brands and are new to Kz it has been an exciting learning curve, with the help of the older members here
and us new one we have had allot of fun learning so far ....
