The parts can be had at any hardware store and the box I bought at Fry's. It is a pretty simple design and powered by a 11ah 12 volt battery.

If you have an old ammo box you could fit the battery in that as well.

You do know that a 2 inch piece of wire jumping the contacts on each side of the key will do the same thing? Or better yet, use a blade fuse with the contacts slightly bent. Better still, use a flasher to really annoy everyone or for roadside emergencies.
