Hi everyone,
We currently have a Dutchmen Rubicon 1905 TH. This will be our third summer with it. And it has served us well. But the thing is, we don't use it for the "toys" as much as we thought we would?
So with all that said. We have decided to upgrade to a larger TT. We've looked at TT's and 5er's. We like both, but are torn. Yesterday we spent about three hours at a dealer. We looked at everything they had.
We've looked at several in the past. But TT wise, yesterday we found one that we really like! It's a KZ Spree 333RLI. We really like the floor plan, and the east/west bed. (Slide) Plus, it has tons of cabinet and closet space. The 5'er that we liked, is comparable price wise. But has very little cabinet/storage space?
Is anyone familiar with this line? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

ajax I am new to the KZ line, we just bought one of their 5th wheel this past Febuary, we love the layout and the workmanship ..... That's a really nice looking TT, lots of room, what I like about KZ is that they do not use those cheap draw slides an the layouts are well planned to be functional. If you look at a number of past threads on this site you can tell they listen to their customer base, they have many upgrades to what the customers wanted year after year .... If you look at the Kz web page www.kz-rv.com/fifth-wheels.html they give you a pretty good view of all their line of TT and 5th wheels ..... Happy hunting and welcome Chuck

Thanks Chuck! The dealer that we visited we have been watching on YouTube. His dealership has gotten great reviews. And this particular dealer only sells the KZ line. He said he and his wife started their dealership 20 yrs ago. Before that, for years he worked for different dealers. Dealers that sold multiple lines. And after a while he started noticing that the KZ line was one that he didn't see a lot of with returns with problems? So when he decided to take the leap and start his own dealership. He had decided to sell only one line, One that he trusted. I'm thinking that there has to be something to it. Because he's done just this as I said for 20 yrs now. Plus, the reviews are all positive!I haven't found one negative word about them! We looked at everything they had to offer. We did look at, and found, a 5er that we liked. It is basically the same floor plan as the Spree that we settled on. Except for the east/west bed slide. But the reason that we decided on the Spree was cabinet space. The 5er, in the kitchen, had very little? BTW, my name is Chuck too!

We have a 2015 Spree 300RLS and am quite happy with it. We initially did have a few problems and the dealer has taken care of them. Early this year I left it at the dealer because we were at the end of our warranty but they did not fix a problem where the large slide out motor is making a lot of noise. When I picked it up I forgot to check everything and I trusted them. So now it has to go back. When I bought it I felt there were so many things that could have been done better and not I realize it's up to me to just make it how I want it. There are so many upgrades to do just look on YouTube. When we bought the Spree we had a Tahoe and now have a 2500 diesel so I sure wish we would have bought a fifth wheel. We were planning on trading it in and getting a fifth wheel but when i saw how little they were offering on trade I have decided to do a bunch of upgrades and use what I got. One of the best things I did was seal up the AC ducts and change the vents. If you are interested send me an e-mail I wrote a little document explaining what I did. Gbressler@aol.com. I just replaced the Trailer King (China) tires with Goodyear Endurance tires which gives me a lot more confidence and also I have a TST TPMS system, don't travel without one.
