I HAVE A 2014 DURANGO 336RL AND THE RADIO HAVE STOPPED WORKING. LOOKS LIKE NO POWER AS NO CLOCK ETC. I AM THINKING FUSE BUT DO NOT HAVE A DIAGRAM FOR WIRING OR FUSES. CAN ANYONE HELP. THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE

If you pull the radio, you might find a fuse behind it. While there, check for voltage. It might be that the radio has failed, they are cheaply built.

Did you check the inside of the cover of the fuse panel? I believe mine has a sticker there that lays out the fuse order. My box also has little red indicator lights that light up if a fuse has blown.
Are you able to check the outlet the radio plugs into? Is there power there?
