Sounds like time for a new microwave! Do you know if it's actually heating or if maybe the fans are running? I have a 2012 and can't say that I've had this happen, but it makes me want to go check it out as soon as I get home!

I have had this happen with home microwaves. Don't bother trying to have it repaired. Replace it. if you purchased the trailer used, you don't know what kind of life it has actually had. The microwave may have been used extensively and has now reached it's useable life span. don't trust it replace it. JMHO. Beside it would most likely be cheaper to replace it than to repair it.

If you find one that fits in nicely, could you post it here in case others need a replacement?

The MW possibly has something loose inside to act as it does. I would open it up and look around. My MW was installed with the feet off the cabinet floor and it was hanging by the four screws in the front. I made longer plastic feet so that the MW was elevated to where the original screw holes lined up. I also pop riveted the broken face plate.
I found a new Highpointe face plate on eBay and they sent me, not only the new plate, but also a new MW.

Sounds like "Chief Mike" as some people like to call them wants or needs a vacation, we had one in a Class C that would act up every so often. I sent it on a very long vacation not to return
