Roger doger, another engineering wonder, would it not been easier to attach it to the switch next to the door so when you have the inside entry light on you also had the outside one on at same time Oh well, I have a couple of friends who are engineers and I know their brains work different than mine Now jetzen all I need to figure out is the lights over the davenport/couch and under the counter LOL Safe Travels Chuck & Hildi

Hi Chuck, yes it looks like they beefed up the top part of the steps to address the flexing. We have a little terrier so the gaps are not an issue. A great Dane is a great big ole dog to take camping! The ones I have met were so gentle and friendly, but big!!!! Glad you have worked out some ways to keep your dog safe. Roger jetzen, the switch setup is a bit screwy, but works. I guess DS means Door Step? What's up with the furnace? (must have missed it), mine works fine but seldom have to use it. Regards, Larkin

Larkin Mine was working fine till now two weeks ago, the fan turns on and you can hear the clicking of the igniter trying to ignite the propane but nothing happens I talked to Kz and they stated in a very friendly manor that the manufacturer of your appliances is reasonable for warranty work the first year, after that Kz is reasonable... So I called the manufacturer (Suburban) and they directed me to one of their service centers which happens to be another RV dealer an a Ford truck dealer as well were I get my truck worked on... So Tuesday I take it in, as I said in another post and confirmed it today they will see what the problem is and if it can be repaired quickly, if not they will order the parts and I will have it fixed after I return from our trip back east to the Kz Rally Safe Travels Chuck & Hildi

Update on furnace RV Dealer who is fixing my furnace called yesterday, stated that the furnace was fix, come get the trailer My RV dealer stated it would take a month or more to get in for just to look at it, this RV dealer who BTW dozen't sell Kz products done it in a week. This dealers lot was full as well with TT, DP, Class C, an 5th wheels, they also have a very large shop also but service seems to be a top priority even thought there was a number of salesman lurking about Service writer stated that it was a bad board that told the to igniter to work ... Trailer now home in driveway getting loaded up for trip back east to Kz Rally and beyond Chuck

Chuck, good news. Sounds like you found a dealer with a good service center, fairly rare from what I read on the forum. We are packing up for a weeklong trip to New Mexico. Hitting 100 pretty reliably here, looking forward to 70/80 degree highs! Maybe we'll even use the furnace at night (lows in the 50's)! usually the fireplace can keep it warm, have had to run the heater only one time since we have had it. Safe Travels, Larkin

Larkin
Been in the high 50es and low 60es here at night, high 80'es in the daytime, was helping with local parade yesterday directing traffic and keeping children running out a grabbing candy in between the parade vehicles. Not a fun job when it's 80 degrees and the pavement is even hotter, poor old feet sure were hurting when I got home yesterday ...
Starting to pack up trailer today, getting everything back in it place since I took it all out when it went to the RV dealer to be repaired ... Saw one heck of nice Montana 5th wheel there with the same problem as i had, furance not working, service writer stated it was the same problem, board had went bad ...
