I have a Durango gold 381 and there are two things that would make it nicer: 1) door swings out instead of in -it is manageable. 2) the plug is not in a goo place at all in front of the medicine cabinet door. -cannot open door with anything plugged into it. Maybe shorten the cabinet so it does not sit ontop of the sink cabinet.

I looked up a photo of that outlet, that's about the dumbest thing ever. If you present this to your dealer he should make it right, if not contact KZ and give them the opportunity to do the right thing. Report back with the results, it would be interesting to see if customer satisfaction matters.

Totally see what you mean about that plug. Complete frustration if you've got something plugged in and then need in the cabinet. Makes you wonder if the people designing these things even use them. Based on the picture I saw, not sure where you could even move that plug to.

Before I purchased my 17 DG 382MBQ, I called KZ about them adding a coax line to the loft in mine, as there was an outlet there already. Their reply was that once the engineers settle on the plans for a model, they do not stray from those plans. They will only make changes if they change the plans to that particular model. What looks good on paper does not always make it practical in reality. I would call them anyway, it clearly needs to be changed. If any changes are to be made, I would start with the dealer. And my dealer was able to add that coax line to the loft in mine.
