Do you have the MyRV Control Panel?
If I may, did you do a walk through or Demo at the dealer when you bought it? I ask because that is included in the price of your unit typically.

In the control panel there's two switches, one marked "Porch", the other one, I don't quite remember, something like "Steps" but not sure on that.

Shoot we did a 4 hour PDI, turned everything off and on at least twice, I still even after taking notes am relearning all the bells and whistles of our G384RLT....
As I remember the one switch on the control panel is for our 17ft awning lights, there is two switches on the wall to the right as you walk into the trailer, one black and one red, the black is for the inside light left side of trailer and the red is for the 11ft awning light which extends from the main slide.
What I have not figured out yet is getting the TV to change over to the standard antenna on the roof.....It states in the manual that there is a power supply on the sidewall inside the coach near the TV, (since I do not have a coach I began to wonder).... The book also states that there is a push button that must be turned on and a light will shine, (hummmmm can't find switch nor a light LOL)
Like I said our PDI was over 4 hours, I thought the Tech had covered such but looking at our notes (ten sheets worth along with pictures and vids) I can not find anywhere were this was explained except the TV was turn on. In fact when we bought the trailer it was at a RV show and the TV was on and showing some sort of video LOL

I have a 381REF and there are two switches that control the door lights. One is marked "Porch Light" ... this one turns the yellow porch light and the yellow light in the doorway stair well. The other is marked "DS Flood Light" and it turns on the bright white over the door. The light over the door serves to be either the yellow bug light or the bright white light (it is dual function)

What I have not figured out yet is getting the TV to change over to the standard antenna on the roof Read more: kzfamilyforum.com/thread/1346/durango-gold-381-ref?page=1#ixzz4hAXUKOTDone my rig (381REF 2017), there is a power button that you push to "power" the on air antenna. Mine is located in the MBR just above the MBR TV. When powered the antenna will pick up over the air signals. If hooked to cable or satellite the power button must be off as it will interfere with those signals. When powered on there will be a green light, when off the light goes off. After getting the antenna power button in the correct position, you have to go into the TV setup menu to select the signal source ... which is usually TV, but depending on brand it may say antenna, or something similar. When watching satellite or cable the antenna power switch must be off. Then you must go into the TV setup menu to select cable or HDMI (HDMI is how the satellite is usually connected to the TV). When outside your home viewing area, you will need to use the TV setup menu to "search" for the local channels. Hope this helps.
