Hi all - I'm new here, and have a 318RLT on order. From the brochures, it looks like the 2017 has a couple of drawers under the cabinet where the washer / dryer hook ups are. Space looks small. Can it only take a combo washer / dryer (all in one box)? Also, can anyone tell me how it drains? I've read about gray tank drain. black tank drain and "dedicated" drain (what ever that is...). Thanks for the help!
