The only way to fix the drip is to pull the Frigidaire AC and build a better pan. You can buy the aluminum at Home Depot. Needs a lip and better outflow angle. KZ did not do a good job with the original pan making or sealing it.

I'll have to check mine, thank you for sharing the information.
When we bought the trailer, the dealer alerted us to a problem if we didn't keep the trailer level or, if anything, insuring that the door/awning side of the trailer was higher than the A/C side so that water would flow out the side and not drip inside.
Thanks again.

I think i was not quite level....had it five years with no problem....but set up in a hurry. KZ pan is Mickey Mouse....no lip and not properly sealed. I also have more slope on one I fabricated. We will soon see if i got the u it properly resealed but this should be the end of it. I may try to send a pic of old and new pans. Actually, pics are too big. Its an easy fix.

You will need some clear siicone for the bottom of the unit and bottom corners and a tube of flexible white sealant for the outside trim ring.

I looked for a new Frigidaire A/C unit the same size as the original one in my 2011 16 BH and can't find the exact size. Frigidaire stopped making that model. Has anyone had to replace there A/C unit in there 16 BH? I would hate to start cutting into the wall.

marksaint, why does it have to be a Frigidaire? I'd check other manufacturers.

Johnr, I looked all over and nothing is the same size as the one in the 2011 KZ 16 BH, My A/C is still working but I would like to keep one as a backup since they are not that expensive. I will keep looking, Thanks.

I had this problem on my previous Wolf Pup Toy Hauler with a wall mount AC. I pulled the outside grille then the air unit and found the pan was just bent up with the corners not sealed. I also added a piece of wood under the pan at the front of the unit for more fall and it worked fine after that. Its pretty annoying when you have the air on and walk in and there is water running out of the bottom of the cabinet . Seems all the wall mount units from any manufacture are done like that. Dave
