Hello,
Need some help here :-)
We would like to install a paper towel and toilet paper holder but after buying them and looking at the walls and cabinets they seem really thin/flimsy. Im a little worried about trying to put screws through either..... would I be better off using some strong velcro type strips, etc??
Thanks for any input!

Have you tried Command Strips from 3M?

I know it is a different application but I use the Command Strips for all my pictures in the trailer. They are doing well. I really like the Velcro type....if I don't get the level exactly, I can adjust. Also, you can select different weight levels for the hangers.

I glued a thin metal piece of sheet metal under the cabinet and purchased a magnetic paper towel holder. Works great and discreet. Used a 2X4 to hold 9" X13" metal in place till it cured. Ed

We found a wire rack type thing at Wal Mart that holds two rolls near to the floor and then goes up and bends to make a roll holder. Sits in the corner out of the way. I really like it. Didn't have to worry about the thin paneling on this one.

I found a paper towel holder that the roll slides onto from one end. Drilled two holes in the side of the range hood and used small bolts to hold in place.
