Hi Everyone: Well, this is a good one! Today a rock hit and totally smashed a crank out window on our 2015 Spree 262 camper. It is the bedroom window just to the side of the bedroom door. I'm thinking this type of window might be generic so let me describe it: The upper half is stationary whereas the lower half cranks outward. The broken pane is the lower, crank out pane with measurements of about 35" tall by 19.25" wide. I see on another window that it was made by "LCI" and I called them but so far they are no help. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to most easily and efficiently replace this window. No luck getting ahold of KZ or my dealer at this point! It seems like this lower pane rotates on a piece of metal at the mid-point between panes. HELP!!! Below is a photo but came out sideways for some reason and can't figure out how to correct it so...the upper pane is to the left and the broken lower pane is to your right. Thanks, Ken

Answering my own question here: Turns out the entire window and frame have to be removed and replaced. Still no response from KZ or my dealer but after several calls to LCI (Lippert Components) to get the part number worked out, they are sending the entire window replacement which will then have to be re-installed with caulking along the outside of the trailer! What a nightmare, thanks to the landscaper who was weed whacking 3 feet away and hit a rock that absolutely shattered the lower half! Now I just need to find out what type of caulking KZ uses- LCI would not make a recommendation and said it's up to KZ! Ken
